About

About my process

I work using a traditional collage process of creating shapes out of colourful and textured material. An overview of the process is as follows: I start each artwork with an outline that I then divide in sections. I create sheets of unique digital textures in different colours and I then cut out the shapes that make up each compotision (just like a traditional collage artist would do with scissors). Finally, I refine the colours of the overall piece and create the background using a similar technique, before adding some finishing touches and refinments. Below is a simplified visual of the process!

About your prints

As a digital artist, ensuring the quality of every print I sell is as important as the concentration and attention I give to each step of creating the piece in the first place. That’s why all my artworks are printed professionally by specialist printers in the UK using high-quality papers from well-known paper manufacturers. Each print is also accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity that certifies its quality, longevity and originality.

Highest paper quality

You can choose between two paper types for each of my open edition prints, giving you a chance to participate in the making of the final artwork. The choice is between a uniquely textured and sustainable Hemp paper from Hahnemühle, or a specially silky-soft paper made in Somerset by Canson. Both papers allow for bright and vivid colours to create a striking focus point in every room.

Certificate of Authenticity

You will receive a Certificate of Authenticity, certified by Art Sure, with every print. You can rest assured that your purchase is authentic, long-lasting and printed according to fine art industry standards.

Specialist printers

Working in Essex for more than 20 years, my printing suppliers care about each print as much as I do. They are certified by both Canson Infinity and Hahnemühle and they use state-of-the-art technology to produce prints that stand the test of time.

About me

With a background in marketing and graphic design, I’m now working from my home studio in Herefordshire to create art that celebrates our world and all the life it holds.

I’m extremely luck to have lots of wildlife at my doorstep. From common garden birds to foxes, deers and plenty of wonderful bugs. All of my work is inspired by the incredible natural life we get to share the world with and the unique stories they carry as they go about their days.

I hope my art encourages people to find some new ways to look at their surroundings and the creatures that live all around us.

About sustainability

Working digitally allows me to save a lot of paper when creating my collages. This is also why I print each order on demand, ensuring there is no waste of stock. My printing suppliers are a carbon neutral company and all packaging in your orders is fully recyclable.
